Orders

  • All orders placed on this website are subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  • Orders are subject to stock availability.
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email with details of your order, payment total, and stock availability. This email does not constitute order acceptance.
  • The acceptance of your order occurs upon despatch.
  • The quantity and description of your order will be as stated in the acknowledgment email.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse delivery to any individual or company.
    • Discontinue any product without notice.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not binding.
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel pre-arranged deliveries.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at any time before processing begins.

Prices

  • All prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
  • Prices are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to alter prices, including changes to VAT rates.

Payment

  • Full payment is required on placing an order.

Returns

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a replacement.
  • If you are dissatisfied with an item for other reasons, return it within 14 days of receipt along with a completed returns form. The item must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging for a refund, excluding delivery costs.
  • Refunds will be processed using the payment method used for the order upon receipt of the returned goods.
  • Initial delivery charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and goods remain your responsibility until received. We recommend using a recorded delivery service.
